Commercial floors are judged on different things to domestic ones. They have to take far more traffic, they have to be cleanable, and the fitting has to happen without shutting the place down for a week.
We work on offices, units, lettings and refurbishments — contract LVT and vinyl, safety flooring where it is needed, and carpet tiles where a floor needs to be lifted and patched later without relaying the lot. The subfloor matters even more here than at home, because a commercial floor gets no sympathy from the traffic it takes.
Timing is usually the real constraint, so tell us what the access is like and when the space is free. Evenings, weekends and phased areas are all normal on this kind of work.
